Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and print it directly from your browser or save it to your mobile device.
Pack Your Gear
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
